Giga is a short-haired orange tabby (striped) and white boy we neutered in August 2007.
Giga weighs 12-13 pounds and may be wearing a hot pink collar.
He's approximately 4 years old.
Giga is fully vaccinated and has been neutered.
Giga gets spooked easily, but he's very food-motivated and pretty chatty when he feels safe. He's not aggressive at all with people, though he may scratch you if you corner him and try to pick him up. He's a sweet little fella, and we've become quite fond of him. We really need to find out if he's ok, because we've been worried sick.
Gig has been missing since about the 1st of January 2011. We've recently moved to a new house in Ridgecrest, so we fear he may have tried to go back to our former residence. We are now off of Norma (Norma between Ward & Drummond--near the Heritage Village entrance).
Our former residence was near Perdew & Downs (close to Inyokern Road & Downs).
We've had a report of a similar-looking cat near Murray Middle School. Unfortunately, the girl left only a voicemail with a brief description and didn't leave a phone number so we could contact her back, so we couldn't get any details of where on the campus this cat had been seen and if the cat was approachable. Needless to say, we've been driving around all three locations frequently to no avail. We have a humane trap, but we don't know where to place it. We desperately need more intel on our little guy.
